We had the initial (deep) cleaning done and it is PERFECT! Floors and nice and clean, couches look beautiful (we have a cat who likes to lay on our fabric couch. HAIR). I felt so bad because we had lots of dishes and pots in the sink (teen was suppose to do the dishes last night and forgot). Patty took care of everything! Excited to be a new Germicidal MAIDS client! Needed a deep cleaning of my finished cement floors in our garage conversion. I asked if the cleaning could be done with a strong disinfectant based cleaner. Germicidal Maids showed up with a special cement garage floor cleaning solution and proceeded to clean the floors by making four separate moppings. Floors were left spotless, and have a barefoot feel like glossed cement. Could not be happier; my expectations greatly exceeded. I wholeheartedly recommend their very fairly priced services.

I was looking for a green cleaning company because I have allergies. I called around and finally contacted this cleaning service. They were really friendly over the phone and assured me that they could use all natural cleaning products. The lady came, and the house looked great and smelled very fresh. I was also pleased to learn that they are local to the San Juan Capistrano area. I am very happy with my house right now!
