Jack the owner is great! He shows dignity and in his work and his companies reputation. With over 20 years of experience. He was able to determine my plumbing issue and rebuild parts instead of a complete overhaul. In my conversations, during him working, he proved that he was knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. Very satisfied!

Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad LLC scheduled my appointment for Monday 2/24/2025 between 8 - 10 am . Well he arrived at my house at 8am and he checked my water heater, then he told my daughter in law that the heater wires were all burned, he then advised her that he would have to buy a heater and he would install it for me. My total cost was $1204.00 for everything. He went pick up a heater came back and installed it. I was so happy cause now we have hot water. We were out of hot water since Friday 2/21/2025. I would refer Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad to anyone. Excellent service, friendly and job well done thank you very much.

We were in need of a plumber on the west side of the island so I sent out a few inquiries because I know many companies charge a lot to just come to this side or sometimes they don't service this side of the island at all. Hawaii drain cleaning squad was the first to respond and they serve the Waianae area. They set us up with an appt and their employee Lyle was sent out to help us and he was great from the start! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our main sewer clog issue and installed a clean out since we didn't have one. We will be needing a new water heater install soon and future projects done as well so we'll be calling them for help. Highly recommend 100/100

Jack and Matt was really awesome they explained what needs to be done and gave me estimate on jetting and my toilet . I highly recommend this company ! I really did appreciate the time and the communication as well job well done . I need some work still but they need to do more things and I will call them back when I could afford :

I had a galvanized drain pipe that severely corroded and started to leak. Jack was upfront with his estimate. Of course after that was repaired we discovered another issue connected to that run. He had to come back another day to get new parts to fix the other problem. Throughput the entire process, Jack and his assistant were personable yet highly professional, and did a great job. His communication is excellent and he was on time. Highly recommended.

My parents had a plumbing issue in their apartment that led to a leak in a neighbors home that couldve caused significant damage but the men at Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad came out late on a Friday evening to assess the problem and came right back early Saturday morning to fix it right away!
