Kyle was on time and not only inspected the area I was concerned of for water damage/mold in the basement. He went above and beyond and looked it at another area the attic for potential mold. How ever he did not try to get additional money by suggesting another test since he didnt not see a issue there. Just waiting on my results.

Stephen was fantastic! His very quick turnaround when mold was unexpectedly found during a home inspection kept my loan closing on pace. He carefully explained every aspect up front, and then did exactly what he said, when he said (quickly), at his (very reasonable) quoted price (no surprises).
