My technician Eric, showed up on time and got right to work. He was polite, professional and an exceptional job on my carpets. I had some pretty horrific diarrhea stains on 2 carpets because of a very sick little puppy. He made a very stressful situation much better. I had Eric as a technician. He was absolutely wonderful and a professional. He did an amazing job and was extremely thorough. He was even a little bit early and called before to see if it was okay to come by early. Which was wonderful because most the time anybody who has these windows of an hour normally people get there late. So, I was pleasantly surprised that he was a little bit early Will 100% request him every time I call him if he's not available, I'm sure anybody else would be just as great.

Eric was right on time. He verified the services I wanted and gave me a reasonable quote for the service. He cleaned 2 bedroom carpets , a small area rug and a recliner. Everything looks great and I will definitely call Chemdry again. Eric was also so friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure having him in my home.

Brandon was very friendly and did a good job of cleaning the majority of the carpet, and when I contacted them asking for them to come back to clean the edges/baseboard area where the cat urine primarily was, they came back a few hours later to rectify the situation. And they even threw in an air freshener for the urine smell. I appreciate their concern with ensuring I, the customer, was satisfied with the service I paid for.

The scheduling was super easy and the on-site tech was great. The carpet looks nice and I am overall happy with the quality. The only major negative was the quote was far off from the final price (final cost was almost $100 more). I know it is a a general quote but I gave accurate information about room sizing and there was nothing complex/unique about it. I would recommend you use them but I would suggest an on-site quote if you want to know the final pricing.

The crew was on time, super friendly and professional. Throughout the process they informed us of what they were doing and asked if we were satisfied with each area and did a walk through at the end. The care pets looked brand new when they finished and the house smelled great!

After some initial miscommunication, the owners and workers at this place bent over backwards to come out and correct some issues, to offer some services that would greatly help the appearance of our carpet, and took the time to do a quality job. The lower level of the house my son purchased had an area where family pets were once allowed. Chem Dry not only got rid of any stains that were down there, but one cannot detect the odor of an animal ever having been in the house. The carpet looks as good as a 25 year old Berber carpet can look. For the quality of their work and their professionalism, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and we will use and recommend them in the future.

I am beyond pleased with my experience. I had to cancel a company I had scheduled due to extreme unprofessional practices and was in a panic as I needed my carpets done today in time for company.
