We have used AMP multiple times for power washing services on our back patio.
Manny was friendly and thorough and did an excellent job. We have a tricky built in fire pit area with a tree that hangs over where a flock of birds has started nesting and made the area gross. It was spotless and so clean after Manny finished.
We are super happy with the service and will continue to use!

Manny was fantastic!! He showed up with such a positive attitude. He could see exactly what needed to be done. He explained that we'd need to stay off the driveway for at least 4 hours. He prepared us as soon as he arrived! The after photos speak for themselves! It's like a brand new driveway that just had the concrete laid today. Beyond the actual after photos that speak for themselves, is Manny! I'd find reasons to work with him again. That is a cool guy! His work speaks for itself, but his attitude and personality was fun to work with! He worked hard and clearly took pride in what he does.

Our down spout on a gutter was clogged with Debris. The guys with American Maintenance Professionals showed up early, were self sufficient, and got the job done in less than half an hour. They were able to unclog our down spout and clean all of our gutters on the first and second floor roof lines. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys!

Scheduling happened very quickly and they were willing to accommodate an unavoidable schedule conflict. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Our technician was well within the arrival window, called 20 minutes in advance, and was extremely pleasant to work with. The quality was beyond the expectations for the amount of oil on the concrete and the fact that the slab is a carport that is almost 40 years old!

Tony and Mizael (Mike) went above and beyond. They explained the process and what to do post-cleaning. They stayed until all of the stains were dissolved. I had AZ Power Wash come out on July 3rd and power wash the outside of my house and my whole back patio and I will definitely recommend them and use them again. The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and made sure I was happy every step of the way as I had some concerns about paint, etc.

We bought a house built in 1985, the pool terrace had layers of hard water and dirt build up.
Estimates in the THOUSANDS to refinish and/or replace. 1-1/2hrs with these guys on site and it looks brand new!!!

I had a nightmare stain on my driveway from a power steering fluid leak that was several months old. My HOA was fining me and my efforts to clean it myself ended up with poor results. Manny showed up right at time I expected, went over the stain and process with me and said when he was done, the driveway would look brand new. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded! I was so bummed after we just had new pavers installed and then they resurfaced our road which meant TAR! Tanya in the office was so patient with me and helped me understand the process. The office was responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. Carlos with American Maitenance Professionals did fantastic work and was a joy to meet. He worked hard and communicated the process well.
This was my first time ever having my driveway power washed and cleaned and Im so glad I used them. This time it was because of the tar, but Im going put it on my calendar for routine home care!
