Services
Log Home Restorations
Specialized renewal of aged log structures using controlled sanding, protective sealants, and traditional finishing techniques. Our 23-year expertise handles chinking repair, rot damage mitigation, and complete exterior rejuvenation. Clients benefit from extended structural longevity and enhanced market value while preserving historic character.
Deck and Dock Cleaning
Comprehensive removal of marine growth, weather staining, and UV damage from wooden decks and docks. Our low-pressure cleaning preserves material integrity while restoring slip-resistant surfaces. Commercial and residential clients receive anti-splintering treatments and protective coatings for North Carolina coastal environments.
Soft Wash Roof Cleaning
Algae and mold elimination for asphalt, tile, or metal roofs using low-pressure biocide solutions. This technique prevents shingle damage while removing black streaks caused by Gloeocapsa magma. Homeowners gain energy savings from improved roof reflectivity and 5+ year protection against organic growth.
Commercial Pressure Washing
Scheduled maintenance for commercial properties including storefronts, drive-thrus, and industrial facilities. We use 4000 PSI equipment with surface-specific nozzles to remove grime, graffiti, and petroleum stains without damaging masonry or paints. Clients maintain professional appearances while meeting health code requirements.
Soda Blasting
Baking soda media removal of paint, rust, and contaminants from delicate wood surfaces. This non-abrasive method works for historic log buildings and marine docks without substrate damage. Environmentally-conscious businesses appreciate our biodegradable waste profile compared to traditional sandblasting.

We serve all major mountain and coastal regions from Asheville, NC to Richmond, VA and including Upstate SC, with a 150-mile service radius from Rocky Mount, NC headquarters.
Do you provide warranties for wood restoration work?
Yes, we guarantee all log restoration projects with 10-year warranties covering structural integrity and finish durability, the longest in the Carolinas region.
Can you handle large commercial exterior cleaning projects?
Absolutely - our equipment fleet supports multi-location contracts with 24/7 service options for national retailers and marinas requiring scheduled maintenance programs.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high PSI for durable surfaces like concrete, while soft washing employs low-pressure biocides for delicate materials like roof shingles or aged wood.
How do you ensure proper wood sealing after restoration?
We use industry-leading UV-inhibiting sealants applied through combination brush/spray methods that penetrate deep into wood grain for maximum moisture resistance.
