At Top Down Exterior Cleaning, we're more than just a pressure washing and paver sealing company. We're a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the residents of Lakeland, Florida, and surrounding areas for over 13 years. Our story began in 2010, when our founder, a firefighter from Hawaii, decided to make a change and start a new life in Lakeland.

Our Founder's Journey

Growing up, our founder was always drawn to the ocean and tropical climates. He lived on a sailboat in Hawaii, where he worked as a firefighter and spent his free time surfing, diving, and hiking. However, despite his idyllic life, he felt a deep sense of loneliness and disconnection. After searching high and low for his soulmate, he finally met a beautiful school teacher while visiting his stepfather in Lakeland, Florida. It was a whirlwind romance, and the two were inseparable. After much soul-searching, he made the difficult decision to leave his life in Hawaii behind and start anew in Lakeland to be with his soulmate.
