These guys were great! We had 12k square feet of carpet to get done in my office building on a tight schedule. They got in done in 5 hours, and it only took a couple of hours to dry! They performed flawlessly, Our carpet had never been cleaned professionally, so I was skeptical on what could be done. Dirt and stains I thought were permanent, gone in seconds! Brendan reviewed the areas to be cleaned for size and price adjustments to the quote for our whole house carpet cleaning and we opted for adding carpet protectant to select high traffic areas plus some spot treatment for pet accidents. I had Welch Chem-Dry clean my carpets in November 2014. They came out fabulous. I have light tan carpet throughout the house which is difficult to keep clean. After they came through, the carpets looked like they were brand new! I am looking forward to having them clean them again this year. It's long overdue but I know I can trust the results.
