1-800 was at our business within and hour of our distress call. During a down pour recently we had a roof drain back up and flooded about half of our building. Rob and his crew got right to work. I've had Robert do my carpets many times in the past and not only did he do a great job at cleaning them, he was very good at explaining what he was going to do and answering the questions I've had. If he couldn't answer the questions, he said so and came back later with answers.
