I could not be happier with my experience with 1-800-water damage. Geoff and Don and their entire team was immediately responsive and professional from the initial cleanup to the redesign and reconstruction. Honestly, it looks better than it did before the water leak. I would recommend them every time!

I am so grateful that I found this company, my house flooded over Christmas weekend and they have been nothing but great. Very patient with the entire process including dealing with insurance and mortgage. Geoff, Levi, Ricardo, and Laura have been such a pleasure to work with. They've been very communicative and diligent with the quality of their work.
Would definitely recommend them. Update: they were a pleasure to work with and communicated well. They took care of everything for me and was patient with the mortgage company/insurance delays. They did a wonderful job with the renovation.

We can not thank the workers at 1-800- water damage enough for coming to Michigan from Indiana to help us out after 2 nights of storms and flooded basement. We would like to thank Brodie who kept me up to date on on how the process would go and when workers would be coming out. Thank you to Geoff Edward's to came out to access our water issue and answered all our questions.

The 1-800 Water Damage Team is a tremendous resource for any homeowner dealing with water damage to their home. Everyone who worked on our project was professional, timely and genuinely a pleasure to have in our home. From the remediation team to the painters, I was kept aware of the timeline and scheduling of the team who was in and out of our home for nearly six weeks. Levi and his reconstruction team are super. Never want to go through this situation again but know exactly who to call- 1-800 Water Damage for sure.

After my Kinetico drinking water system failed, I had significant water damage to my kitchen and the basement where the water got into the ceiling and on the carpet which had to be replaced. Geoff and his employees did a fantastic job in doing all repairs. Geoff also helped in trying to get Kinetico to pay for the dsmsgd. I ended going through my in home owners insurance to get things started. I want to thank all involved in this ordeal.

We had water issues in our crawl space and laundry room. 1-800 water Damage was there immediately upon our call. They mitigated the issues in a timely and professional way at a fair price. They used state of the art equipment and had skilled & conscientious staff. If we ever have any water or like damage they will be our 1st call.
