Truly cannot recommend this team and company more, they are fantastic! We just had a sewage back up two weeks ago, and then a furnace flood today, which was so stressful. Garrett and Cody handled this immediately and with such grace. From the beginning to the end, Justin and his team (Jamon, Matt, and Cole) were amazing! I went from a very stressful situation of finding water throughout my basement, to complete dryness in a matter of a few days! They cleaned, sanitized, and removed all the damaged items. After our water line to our fridge got a small pin prick of a leak, 1-800 Water Damaged came out and got us all taken care of. Laurence was our main point of contact and he was kind, extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew exactly what was going on inside of our home and with our project at all times. I cannot say enough about how through, professional and skilled each and everyone of the men have been. My house was flooded by a water heater and they have worked diligently to remove the water and repair the damage. Also I have dogs so I needed to stay in the home.
