Chem-Dry Of Knoxville

Chem Dry came out to my home today and cleaned the sofa, chair and ottoman in my living room. They were timely, thorough, and so nice, and everything came out so clean. I have two dogs and white furniture, and it all looks so good. They even gave my dog some pets. Lovely folks to work with!

Andrew is a true professional. Work was done well and in a timely manner. We had some tough areas, and he took the time to figure out how best to treat them. Beyond that, he is just someone you can feel good about promoting his business for.

Superb work by ChemDry. Owner Andrew and Zach came and worked on several area rugs and some furniture that had tar stains. Everything was brought back to like-new condition, at an incredibly reasonable cost. A+++ service. Will be using again.

Krystal and Andrew are both phenomenal to work with. They did an amazing job with our tile floors after water damage stained the tiles with red clay. The floors look like new.

We'll always use Chem-Dry of Knoxville. Andrew & Sean did a thorough and professional job of cleaning three rooms plus two bathrooms; multiple surface floorings, and they were magnificent. Our dog pulled down a grocery bag and ate a dozen of raw eggs. 24 hours later she had a huge bowel movement on the master carpet. Between that and a couple of months of revenge peeing on the carpet had us fearing the worst. Our carpet is only a year old and we had no intentions of having to replace it any time soon! I reached out to Chem-Dry through their website and was immediately contacted the next day.

They fit us into their schedule (for which we are eternally grateful) and came out the following day. Andrew used a black light to find all the spots (it was worse than I thought), explained how the treatment works and what products they would be using. A couple of hours later it was done. We are SO PLEASED with the work they did and their prices were very reasonable. Thank you Andrew/Drew for everything! We will absolutely will be using yall in the future! Our carpet was 20 plus years old and we do cat rescue so we have had many cats over the years and still have a lot. It looks like we have new carpets now, Im not exaggerating. We have used chem dry for our rental property as well and had excellent service there too. I would recommend using CHEM DRY.

Andrew and Sam did a great job! Our carpets are 26 years old and we raised 5 kids and even more pets! The carpets look fresh and clean! Even the stairs! We can put off replacing them a few more years! We will call ChemDry again and use also for rental property.

Came when they said they would. They were very professional and polite. They did a great job on our carpet and even removed a red wax stain that was years old. It didn't come completely out, but it was red and had been there when we bought the house. We live in Harriman and they came all the way from Knoxville and the price was reasonable.

Andrew came out immediately after a horrible pet accident in several rooms including stairs (literally we cleaned ourselves for 3 hours before he came) he removed all areas of urine and feces stains and complete odors as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service from Chem-Dry of Knoxville this Holiday Season! They did such a good job on my carpets and rugs that I scheduled them to come back and do all the tile throughout the house before Christmas. My kitchen floor now looks brand new! The team was great, they got here and got right to work. Made quick work of our whole upstairs and stairs without sacrificing quality. The carpet looked and smelled great without being soaking wet. Was totally dry within an hour or so! Highly recommend and will use in the future.
