The most recent team, Jordan and Justin, are Very Professional, polite, and thorough. They both worked so hard to bring my carpet back to it's clean, healthy, homey self. I'm SO happy with the results of the ChemDry carpet cleaning! To set context, my carpets are seven years old and super light (almost white-a decision I MASSIVELY REGRET), a 45lb dog, two adult children and three cats. feel free to judge me. :) The number of cats is the primary issue: two are males and they've expressed their displeasure at whatever doesn't suit them. and the carpets were the primary target. Mike from ChemDry arrived last Saturday (March 9th) and was fantastic.

He quickly evaluated the carpets, assured me he thought he could get the stains and odors out, gave me a detailed quote and went about working his magic. A few hours later, I cried. the carpets looked amazing. Urine stains gone. Odor gone. I've used several carpet cleaning services in the past and have never been satisfied until now. Mike also reminded me their solution is 100% environmentally safe - it can be drank! I was planning on spending $14k to replace the carpets - a cost I can now avoid (in addition to avoiding the impact on the environment). HIGHLY recommend ChemDry and Mike.

They did get a lot of stains out especially where we travel the most. There were still some little stains scattered all over my living room but they came back out and took care of it. Very timely, extremely nice and explained everything to us. I highly recommend them!

Phenomenal services. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Mike came, did a excellent job, and I was amazed how clean my carpet turned out. I had bad urine stains from my dog and stains from the fireplace and now urine stains are gone and you barely see the stain from in front of the fireplace. Hands down I would recommend them again. It was my first time using a carpet cleaning company and I am very please.
