I live in Santa Fe and have been a long-time customer of the Santa Fe area Chem-Dry office. Zach came to my home and had excellent super customer service oriented skills. He was very friendly and listened to where to focus the most time, how many spots to check out and most important to me: put all my furniture and pillows back exactly where they were originally before he left due to my having lower back issues and could not do it myself later when the areas were more dry.
He instead put down the furniture raising blocks that could easily be removed later on by me. He also brought in a towel to wipe down any wet spots so I would not slip on them later. I will definitely ask for him again when I need Chem-Dry's services. I especially like this company since i have asthma and never have to worry about chemical smells lasting after other similar services leave.

I've been using Chem-Dry for several years now & each time I'm in awe as to how beautiful my carpet looks after cleaning. And my carpet is 25 yrs old! Fernando & his assistant (apologize for not remembering his name) were awesome! This is an excellent company, offering an excellent service. Eco-friendly deep carpet cleaning without saturating and leaving water behind in which bacteria could grow. Fast-drying. Our technician, Zach Soderberg, was great: prompt, courteous, professional; he explained the whole process, worked swiftly but efficiently. Will definitely us Chem-Dry again.

Machine bottom dripped dirty water and left several dirty spots on the carpet. The employee had to use a lot of spot cleaner, and yet there were several spots I had to reclean myself. The employee had an overbooked schedule making him quite anxious to leave. The coupon I had caused him to recalculate the invoice and still don't understand how the total was done. Also, I have never been charged for fuel, but $5.00 was added to the bill.
All and all too many surprises about the billing. Still waiting to see if all the spots come out. ****Update of review: I feel compelled to update my review. I had Chemdry clean my carpets later and Zach did a fabulous job!

My experience was great! I had a white cloth couch that had stains for a few years. It took time as expected, but the couch came out looking brand new! I was thoroughly impressed! One downside is that I had to air out my house as the chemicals were a tad overwhelming. No matter, I am still going to use them going forward! Services Upholstery cleaning

I have used Chem-Dry of New Mexico, based in Albuquerque, to come to Santa Fe and clean my carpets for years. They always provide professional service, from booking the appointment to reminding me the day before to calling before they show up.....PLUS doing a great job. A young man named Brandon has come to my home several times and done a wonderful job. And he's personable and friendly. The prices are very reasonable as well. I've never been disappointed!

We've used chem-Dry for three years now. They aren't the cheapest but I love them because my carpets dry in one day (we usually have them come in Sept). We have a ceiling fan, but no other fans and just leaving the windows open with our AC fan running all day does the trick and carpets are dry about the time my kids come home from school (3pm and they come at 8am).
With four kids, we can't wait for days for our carpets to dry. Steven is always professional and very thorough. We pay about $1100 for our 2 story 2800 square foot house (1500 is carpet) including the tip and taxes and everything, and that's for the highest quality tier.

We have been using Chem Dry for many years now. We have our carpets cleaned 4 times a year because we have dogs. They do an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have 20 year old carpets and they still look new. I attribute it to the fact that we have them cleaned frequently which keeps the dirt, etc. (^%$&^$) from getting ground in. Their pet sanitizer works great if your puppy has an accident.
We also scotch guard the carpets as well. Travis, one of their techs/cleaners is excellent. He works hard to get the stains out. We schedule around his schedule. Our favorite staff people are Travis the tech/cleaner and Ashleigh the Administrator who calls us. They are great! Best cleaner company around!

I was having my car seats $ a tiny condo cleaned. It was easy to book over the phone & the pricing was good. When the man arrived it was snowing out but he was kind and easy to work with even though he had to clean the car in the cold. He also have me 3 pricing structures and explanations so I knew exactly what I was getting. All around, it was a great experience & Ill use them again.

Great customer service, on-time and very professional. The house needed some serious time as the previous owners had a problem with pets wetting the carpet. It was not cheap; but, they resolved the odor and cleaned the carpet very well. Two things that they did not do were the easiest, they did not put the throw carpet back nor the coffee table back in place. Not a big deal but I cannot move things back due to being in a wheelchair. I would have given 4.5 if it were possible.

I had my carpet cleaned. They did a full-service job & got stuff clean. It wasn't nasty when we started, but it wasn't the cleanest either, thanks to 3 large fluffy dogs & 2 cats. Most stains got well-lifted, but a curry stain that was yellow from turmeric just wouldn't give even to the greatest of their efforts. They worked with my schedule & honored a coupon. Pretty standard, I'd say, but what counts is the results: satisfactorily-cleaned carpet.
