The young man who cleaned our carpets was very punctual and wasted no time getting to work. The technician was very polite and answered the questions we had and explained how the whole process would be done. The carpets looked great when the technician finished. We are certainly glad our neighbors recommended AJ Chem Dry. We have already made another appointment to have this company come back next week and clean our furniture. DeCarlo (the technician) did a great job on our carpets. He put in extra time & effort on any traffic areas which was appreciated. He was very polite, hard working, & professional and was a pleasure to work with. We have used AJ Chem Dry previously & will continue to do so in the future. The carpets come out clean & also fairly dry so that in a few hours the furniture can be put back in place. I had tried a well known competitor previously & the carpets were very wet when they finished. Not the case with AJ Chem Dry.

Was able to scheduled a service call without any delays or long wait time. The technician arrived early, which was good. Provided the quote for the service. Work performed in a professional manner. Carpet was cleaned really nice job and it dried quickly. Highly recommend adding the Scotch Guard protection to the cleaning services. Services General carpet cleaning

AJ and his father did an excellent job with not only cleaning the carpets, but providing exceptional service throughout their time at our house. He walked us through the options, told us exactly what to expect, and went above and beyond what was expected in customer service. He was even able to get up a red Kool-Aid stain that had been in our carpet for the last 3 years (we had tried spot remover to no avail).
I would highly recommend AJ if you are looking for the best in carpet cleaning and professional service! Had Chem-Dry come out to clean our tile. Brandon did a phenomenal job! The floors look amazing. Thank you.!
