Quick, professional, excellent service and a great, chemical free cleaning. My wife cannot tolerate the old chemical carpet cleaning, not to mention that it saturates the pad and carpet. The scheduler was very kind and helpful on the phone. She gave many details about how they clean and was very accommodating of my schedule. The men that came to clean our couch were extremely kind, helpful and honest. They let me know when they did not think the fabric would come very clean due to the type of fabric and it possibly being defective.

They tried many different techniques/cleaners. They did not charge me for coming out and trying to get it clean since they would have not been happy with the finished product. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

I wish I would have taken before and after photos to show how incredible the results are in my house! We did the pet stain and odor removal treatment and Im blown away. We have an older chihuahua whos on steroids and we cant catch her fast enough when she has accidents. I was worried we wouldnt get any results because of how many accidents she has had in one area.

We had a blue splatter stains, but weren't sure what it was. Best guess was ink from printer. We attempted to clean with a damp microfiber, but that just spread it, so we called the professionals. They were unsure if it would work, because of the suspicion of ink, so tried a spot and ended up doing the whole room and it looked fantastic! Discussed other services, so will definitely be using again.

Lexington Chem-Dry is the absolute best. When other companies clean, the stains will reappear once the carpets dry, but with Chem-Dry you can actually see the difference. They use green products, offer wonderful customer service (they fit me in last minute, took the time to show me the pet urine stains left behind by the previous owner of my new home, and left me a free spot remover), and get the job done quickly but efficiently. Love them.
