Jonathan from Chem-Dry was amazing. He was on time and although efficient, never rushed. His work was precise and thorough. And, he was personable and easy to communicate with. The process they use removed ALL the smells from our dog and saved a very expensive Persian rug we thought was ruined. Excellent company. Service was number one from the start. I got a booking promptly and they texted prior to the actual appointment at 11:00. The man who cleaned the carpet was very friendly and professional. All the carpets edges were immaculate and the carpet was dry within a couple of hours. I would totally recommend them!
