Moved into our house 4.5 years ago with some original carpet(2002) and some existing stains. Got Omar to come give me a quote, and was shocked at how affordable it was. These guys were amazing! They picked up my area rug and dropped it off to me at work. They called and texted me when they got close to let me know they were almost there. They unloaded it and put it back in to my SUV for me. It looks beautiful and clean. The cost was minimal. I recommend these guys without hesitation. I will use them every time!

Darren from Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities was the tech who came to clean our carpets. He was on-time, professional, and very fast but very detailed. After Darren had cleaned two rooms and the stairs, it looked amazing (just like brand new) and the price was awesome! I was very much impressed especially since three kids and a large dog use these rooms and stairs all the time, over 6 years. Darren had them looking like new in no time flat. I will for sure use them again in the near future and will specifically ask for Darren.

This is the third carpet cleaning company I have used in the last couple of years and Chem Dry completely exceeded my expectations. My carpets have never looked or smelt as great as they do right now, they were even able to remove a 5+ year old ink stain. Jordan was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. We bought a home with horrible pet smell in carpets. Omar and his team had to come out multiple times to do different treatments to get the odors out but each time they were very professional, on time and they came back to retreat without charging. These guys are absolutely great and went above and beyond to help me salvage carpets that were improperly cleaned by our seller.

This company and all of its employees are amazing! I have worked with this company exclusively since they came to the Tri-Cities area. We bought a house with cream colored carpet and it had very noticeable brown track marks from where the previous owners walked. The carpet looks brand new and smells AMAZING! Smells fresh without a super strong odor. I called and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Not only does the carpet look great, but I dont have to worry about my little ones absorbing the toxic chemicals, as their products are all green and non toxic with no dirt attracting residue. My carpets were relatively clean as I have a high standard for keeping them from shoe traffic, food spills, and clutter. I really just expected a good result with a process I thought was interesting so that I could see their quality and standard of workmanship. What I returned home to see were a brightness in my carpets I never had seen before. Some areas of stains I couldn't remove myself from a dog with a chocolate incident were completely clean. My furniture was moved and the carpet cleaned under it as well. Amazing brilliant job!

The owner Omar made sure that we were taken care of on the day and time we needed and when his guys showed up they were very polite and professional. Not to mention our carpets look brand new. Im a homeowner with roommates. We had a roommate destroy our carpet (literally not one square inch was clear of trash, moldy food, or some sort of stale liquid). I thought it was unsalvagable but I wanted to give it a shot. Omar was easy to reach and best part he was available the very next day! Needless to say the carpets look brand new and the room smells great. Great prices too! Recommend to anyone
