The service was great and the carpet looks 100% better than before. We had this cleaned the day before moving in due to timing issues but many stains seem to have come back within a day or twostill far cleaner than before but some areas could use another cleaning. A quick update to my review; Chem Dry came back out to work on the stubborn stain areas again. The carpet looks great and the service was top notchThey really stood behind their work and they treat customers very well.

Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning services I will use. I have several rentals and as soon as I have a vacant property its imperative I get it back on the market and rented out ASAP. Chem-Dry is quick and responsive. They do a great job cleaning carpets and the price is definitely affordable. Ive had a few carpets that I thought I might have to replace but when Chem-Dry shows up and does their magic on the carpet its amazing. They can take a carpet that appears dirty beyond repair and make it appear almost brand new. Im amazed.

Great experience from start to finish. I first called with questions and was pleased to get an accurate price quote as well. Mike arrived on time and was very professional. He asked a few pertinent questions and then got straight to work and efficiently rescued our couch that we could not get the dog urine smell out of despite our best efforts. We are thankful to have the use of our couch back and have a local company to use in the future for carpet and upholstery cleaning!

We had a great experience with ChemDry of Louisville! They were excellent in working around our schedule. The technician was extremely patient, friendly, efficient and educated us on the process. We have four very large dogs and he did not act as if that was a big deal whatsoever. It is their house, they let us live there too though. LOL. The technician was patient as we corralled them out of the house, which they don't like.

He was also very attentive to our home and avoided as much tracking in, etc. with himself and the equipment as is possible. Honestly there was no tracking in or out of anything! The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be using ChemDry of Louisville again!

I loved the Chem-Dry carpet cleaning process. I researched to find the best process to eliminate the smell of pet urine and found Mike at Chem-Dry. He did a great job and totally eliminated the urine smell. Plus our carpet looks great too. I highly recommend their services.

I have used this service for several years after trying the well-advertised companies (as seen on TV and thru mail flyers). Nothing has cleaned my carpets as well as Chem-Dry. The owners are pleasant, professional, and do all the work personally, proving how invested they are in quality work.

I only use Chem Dry because it's the most effective for the length it keeps the carpet clean, and it's far less harsh than steam cleaning, allowing for longer carpet life. But beyond that, this company is run by gentlemen who I genuinely enjoy when it's time for them to come. Great service, great clean, and even better people, and I appreciate great people! Chem dry is magical and the only company I will have clean my carpets. Many of u know how nasty my store carpeting gets, but putting in hardwood or anything else is very time consuming, and difficult to install as some of my cabinets are not movable. I learned from chem dry that the dirt and black spots I get is from dirt, bonding to soap residue.( prior to using chem dry) they use no soap with nasty artificial odors. the chemical that cleans has no smell, and the cleaning is fabulous. and if I were really on top of things, when the carpet does get a spill or a black spot on it, all I really need to do is scrub lightly with a clean white rag. Gone.

In tough times I have also used my personal " shampooer" and only put water in it, and the results were astounding! Water was disgusting! So I can't say enough about Chem dry except to use them!
