Josh was upfront honest with the stains that would not go away after the cleaning. I was disappointed about it and will look for another solution to remove them. The rooms cleaned pretty good besides that and carpet was dry within 3 hours. Rita and Josh were really helpful answering my questions. I would recommend them.

Chem Dry did a very good job. I only use Chem Dry because other guys make my carpet to wet.

Great experience! Super friendly technician, very efficient, and the carpets came out super clean. They even cleaned the rug our dog has laid on for the past 10 years and it looks like new. Will definitely use them again.

Rita was very nice and knowledgeable. Her crew arrived timely and both were pleasant to work with at my rental. They tried their best to get my carpet clean but unfortunately was already ruined by tenants. Id recommend them and would definitely use in future.

So happy I chose Chem Dry for our recent carpet/upholstery cleaning. We have a giant sectional that we like to get cleaned once a year to keep it looking new (our dog also thinks its her jungle gym), and I was amazed at the quality and price. Very nice and friendly employees. Very easy to make an appointment. Very flexible! Our electricity went out in the middle of the cleaning and they were going to come back in the evening after their next job but unfortunately the electricity didnt come back on until 8pm. They were very responsive and fit us in the following day. Weve had many dogs over the years and the rugs showed it. They took their time and did a great job. The stains are gone and so is the smell. We definitely would recommend them if you want clean rugs. Thanks again!

I was really impressed with the professionalism and quality work on my carpets today! We moved here a year ago and the previous owner was supposed to clean the carpets before we moved in. We arrived at the same time as the moving van and found crunchy carpets and a dog smell that emerged every time the house got warm. 1 year later and I could no longer stand it. Monica took the helm and made sure that every square foot of accessible carpet space was taken care of.
