I had a great experience with Lakeside Chem-Dry! Everything went spectacularly from the person who took my initial call to Mike, the technician who came out to clean my carpet! Both people I worked with were kind and very helpful! I recommend this company!

Mike came on time, did a thorough cleaning of my carpet (which looked wonderful when he was done) and was very personable. I wouldnt hesitate to have Lakeside Chem Dry clean our carpet again.

I have used ChemDry for the last 10 years. The carpet always comes out clean and smelling nice. There is No chemical smell even though that word is partially used in their name. The drying time is usually much shorter, about 2-3 hours, because they don't soak your carpet like their competitors. The foaming agent does the job. They also add a carpet protectorent, something like a scotchguard, for future spills.

It is definitely safe for your pets. I have a very curious cat and he's never had a problem. I recommend the Lakeside facility. They are willing to work with your schedule and the service team or person is always very accommodating while in your home.

Very professional and personable services provided. They did an excellent job of removing stains in the carpet, cleaning it and bringing it back to life! The carpet was not saturated and dried quickly as well. Will definitely use them in the future!

I had a wonderful experience with Lakeside Chem-Dry. I called them on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. So prompt so courteous, there customer service is the best! Pleasant to work with and their cleaning is amazing. My white couch had brown spots and cat urine stains, I was beside myself. Lakeside spent several hours cleaning and using their amazing product to clean my couch and it looked so much brighter. Once it dried back you could still see some of the outline of stain, they came back and did another treatment. I couldnt be happier! Thank you! Val

We moved into a new house and needed our 2nd floor carpet cleaned. Making the appt was easy, Rachelle did a great job communicating with us about the upcoming appt and ETA via texts. She gave us a quote for the job after evaluating the space and what she felt was needed, and after we agreed, worked tirelessly for about 4 hours cleaning the upstairs.

Although we cant comment on the quality of the product yet since it was just done, our home smelled lemony fresh after she was done. Overall satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

Very professional, did a very thorough job of cleaning old pet stains off of a large wool area rug. They even came back free of charge to add a deodorizer treatment to freshen the smell of the wool!

Lakeside Chem-dry came out to remove pet urine stains from my apartment. From the start this business was very friendly, helpful and took the time to anwser all my questions! They were able to work with my schedule and come out in the evening which I appreciated so much! She did a very good job making sure to get all the urine spots with a urine treatment!
