I use this service regularly. I have my bathroom,closet and master bedroom cleaned yearly. The service is prompt,quick and efficient. The cost is reasonable. I have a cat which is why I need these areas cleaned often. No traceof cat's accidents remain.

Chris did a great job! They were responsive to provide a quote and same week scheduling. The carpet is so clean. It makes my spring cleaning complete. He worked so hard for more than 2 hours. I will definitely use them again!

I was utterly gobsmacked by the sparkling transformation of our floors and carpets--it was like witnessing a magic show but for hygiene. Enter Chris, our cleaning wizard, who not only aced the three Ps I hold dear in service pros--Polite, Prompt, and Professional--but could probably add a fourth for being a 'Pristine Explainer'. The guy's explanation of the cleaning process was cleaner than my kitchen counters on a good day. He dove into the cleaning and sanitizing with the zeal of a knight in a cleaning crusade. I'm over the moon with the results! If I could sing praises from my now spotless top story floors about BnK ChemDry, I would. Don't just sit there--give them a buzz today! You won't be sorry.

I had several new and old puppy pee stains that could not be taken out from "old school" traditional steam cleaning guy last year (it worked at first until it dried and came back), so I wanted to try a Chem-Dry franchise to see if they could do it, especially since I had out of town family coming in Friday. I called Tuesday for an appointment, and they came out first thing Wednesday morning at 8am sharp. Brian is experienced inn the industry and explained how much better their patented less-water approach with company-produced chemical treatment, along with the new type of equipment and method was compared to traditional steam cleaning and ZeroRez.

I noticed that he took his time with cleaning our carpets, much longer than the 2 young guys that came in from ZeroRez who quickly cleaned our carpets 2 years ago. The carpets were slightly damp but dried out by the evening with the windows open. I was dreading the dog pee spots "coming back", but it's still clear 2 days later! We are so happy and I highly recommend BnK Chem-Dry here in Oceanside.

Sometimes I write reviews that people think are funny or interesting. I do that when there is something negative to say, but I want to cluster it with positive things, so it won't look like an overall bad review. I have nothing negative to say about BnK Chem-Dry, so I guess this will have to be a boring review.

We needed rugs, furniture, and cushions cleaned. We called them. They did everything right. They responded quickly to our inquiry, scheduled us fast, arrived exactly when they said they would, did the work cheerfully and well, left everything cleaner than I had ever seen it before, and finished on time.

The name of the company has "Chem" in it, so I was a little worried that there might be bad chemicals or strange smells or something like that. I have pets and grandchildren, and didn't want to worry. Mostly they used various forms of detergent; occasionally some spot remover. The spot remover that I use in my laundry room smells worse and has more warnings on the jar. When the cleaners left after finishing their work, the room smelled like damp sofa cushions and not like chemicals. It's now the next day, and almost everything is dry.

You know I'm going to call them again when it needs to be cleaned again.

Every time I look at my carpets which were shampooed 6 days ago I'm reminded to give Chris a shout-out. He did an excellent job!!! and we couldn't be more impressed. Most of our carpeting is 24 years old, but amazingly Chris made it look almost new. I have used BnK Chem-dry for my carpets for quite a few years and am always impressed with the job they do. Chris, the owner, has been out here several times over the years and his work is unparalleled. Very prompt and professional, and super good guy. Highly recommend!
