I have used Hauser Chem Dry for years. They have always been great, but most recently I had an unusually difficult area rug to clean. The rug that my dog decided to throw up on was silk and wool, and very delicate. Since Hauser was coming I decided to send 3 other very lovely, hand knotted oriental rugs. Hauser's cleaning process does a great job at removing kid-generated stains from carpeting. High-traffic rooms are rejuvenated with a yearly clean-up. The pricing is reasonable, but they also put out 10% off coupons in the Clear Pack mailer as well as 12% off coupons in direct mail to prior customers.
