My wife and I had them out to clean all our carpets and the tile floor in all three bathrooms. The bathrooms came out fabulous, but the carpets had issues in the high traffic areas of our living room and dining room. Texted Glenn and he asked me to send him pictures which I did. He and his assistant came out and they dry shampooed the high traffic areas and spots which look better. My suggestion that they pretreat the high traffic areas and then do them last. They are very polite with a good sense of humor.

Got my carpet cleaned this morning and Glenn and his team did a great job. He confirmed the day before, texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would, very friendly guy. My room feels so much cleaner and airy but most importantly my carpet wasn't drenched. I could already see my carpet drying within an hour after the service was performed. Glenn also provided tips for maintenance in between cleanings. I would definitely use his service again well worth the money.

We loved everything about our rug cleaning experience with Prime Time Chem-Dry. The appointment was easy to schedule and Glenn called twice before arriving to keep us appraised of his arrival time. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for the chemdry Pet Urine Removal Treatment. With the amount of dog pee we're talking about, we needed a miracle and that's what we got with Glenn Rosenbower. We tried another company first, and instead of removing the smell they just kind of spread it around so that the whole carpet reeked. We bought a UV light, and when saw the extent of the dog pee, it seemed totally hopeless.
The entire wall to wall carpet GLOWED with pee. We have two rescued dogs with PTSD who we thought we're making progress. They're small but they pee more than any other dogs I've ever met. Anyway, DON'T EVEN THINK about using another company. Just do it right the first time. The perfectly clean carpet smells great! Glenn even took care of the carpeted doggy steps. He was punctual, professional, and took on the case because he likes a challenge, Thank God!

Glenn was great! Super friendly and fast. He also gave us a few options so we went higher stain remover and sanitizer as we were just moving in. Only downside is that I wished we'd discussed the stains that didn't come out and potential treatments while he was here on site. He also wears shoes while doing the cleaning but no I'll effects noted.

Glenn did a fantastic job on the carpets in our new home. There were several stains in the master bedroom and steps down to the basement. He got them up using chemical free cleaning products which was very important to me for my dogs safety. His pricing was very fair and he did a very quality job. We will definitely have him back to do other parts of our house. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their carpets cleaned at a very reasonable price.

Our living room couches are 5 years old and I love them. I didn't want to get new ones because it took me while to find these! Glenn was great. He had quite a challenge as I had a sick cat who had made quite a mess of the carpet. I thought I might have to replace it, but I decided to try the PURT treatment. Glenn explained everything in detail and gave me a choice of options. He was efficient and courteous.and the treatment worked just as he explained. I would definitely hire him again.

I highly recommend Prime Time after having my couch, recliner & two are rugs cleaned. Glenn got right back to me after I left him a voicemail & was very flexible in working with my schedule. I was unaware that Prime Time cleaned tile floors & scheduled a second visit for my kitchen & bathroom floors. It was amazing to find the original grout color as well as the design in the tiles, which I never knew existed. Between the ink stain on my couch coming out & the tile looking like it was laid yesterday, Glenns work was money well spent!
