If you are clumsy and spill coffee on your spotless carpeting, call Eric and Nova Clean. What an awesome guy! He actually picked up his phone when we called and came out to service our mistake in seven hours. He is in different areas every day and fortunately he was in Naperville and could fit us in after dinner. OMG he was patient, thorough, and took care to protect the floors. Not only did Eric do a good job removing our difficult pet stains, making our old carpet look decent again, he helped educate us as to the type of retail products we should and ahould not use to spot clean our carpet in between professional cleanings. Eric from Nova Clean did an amazing job on our hardwood floors and tiles. We had a build up of oil soap on the floors that had to be scrubbed and removed. Eric restored the hardwood and the tile floors just about back to new condition. Eric is very knowledgeable on the right chemicals to use. Eric was very responsive and on time. I highly recommend Eric from Nova Clean for clean floors and rugs.

Eric was on time, pleasant, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and what products he was using. He checked the fabric content and the content of the cushion cores, foam or down. He thoroughly vacuumed everything before he cleaned it. He cleaned 3 chairs, sofa and area rug. I was very happy with the end result and the price. My furniture and area rug look brand new. The products he used were all pet friendly. I will recommend him to my condo board and my friends. Eric was amazing. On the first visit he cleaned some dirty carpet on stairs. Ive had carpets cleaned for 25 years and never have I seen the quality of work and true professionalism. I called him back a few days later to see if he could remove some pet stains. He worked in the stains and the carpet looks like new. I highly recommend and the quality is well worth the cost!
