Mark was great and very knowledgeable! He explained every step of the cleaning process. He was able to get out a 4 month old coffee stain, and kids silly puddy. I also have a dog and cat and vacuum regularly but I was amazed by how much hair he was able to lift from deep down. Did a great job on our carpets, even managed to get my spilled paint stain out. Also just recently had a dog that had a accedint on our mattress and they did a great job, removed the odor, stain, and santized the mattress. Highly recommend, and will use again for all my floor, mattresses, and fruniture cleaning needs.

The Owner does a very good job cleaning the carpets. He took longer than we thought but we had a tough job. New puppy in the house and he got most of the stains up and only a few that you can see very faintly.

Chem dry came to help me with cat urine soil on my carpet, sofa, and basement concrete. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about how to prevent future soiling. He was through and the smell was gone after he was done. I'm very pleased with the look of the carpet and happy it dries faster than other carpet cleaning services. I was extremely satisfied with the service provide by M&M Chem Dry. We had them clean and sanitize 2 mattresses for us. One of the mattresses had been in storage for almost 5 yrs and was not wrapped, and had a blood stain on it. M&M was able to get 70% of the stain removed and did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing it. I highly recommend them.

Mark and Mary are fantastic! They are reliable and very courteous. It's not a bother having them in my home. What they've done to my carpet and area rugs is amazing. With two pets in the home, it's hard to keep things clean. But, they've managed to leave my home looking and smelling like brand new (even with canine diarrhea issues upstairs.) The cleaners they use are all non-toxic, and with the type of extraction method they use, everything was dry in approx. 2 hours. My home feels soooo fresh! Thank you Mark and Mary!
