Paula & Erik have been cleaning our carpets for a few years now & theyre amazing. Super kind people. Excellent products. Weve had issues with pet stains, & theyre the only ones to get rid of the odor! The house smells clean & fresh, not like chemicals after they clean. We are having new floors put in our house, & we had an issue with cat urine, Paula came over last minute, on the weekend to help us before our new floors were put in! Im so thankful for her help. I absolutely recommend them.

I get my area rugs cleaned each spring (at least) and they come back look and feeling great under foot. In this unique time we were able to have Eric pick up our rugs from our porch and have them returned about a week - all while maintaining our social distancing. Thank you, as always, for taking good care of us. I look forward to having them back when I can get my sofa and side chair freshened up - and maybe bathroom tile again.

My husband and I remodeled our kitchen. The contractor that did the work did a poor job at protecting the new tile he installed leaving them dirty with extra grout, glue and paint/stain. We called in two professional companies before we found Eric and Paula. The 2 previous companies could not remove the dirt and grim and told us we needed to have the floors replaced.
Heart broken I went out and did more research and called NatureWise to see if they could help. They came out for a consultation and assured me that they could help get the floors looking brand new. And they did just that! I remember walking into the kitchen during my lunch break and almost crying because my floors looked like they were supposed to, NEW! Paula and Eric were kind, courteous and professional. I cannot thank them enough for giving me a sparkling kitchen floor.
