I have been a client of Homeworks now for several months. Danielle has been a fantastic cleaner for us and really goes the extra mile. My dog loves when she comes to clean and wants to stay in whatever room she is in while shes here. Tony the owner and Doug the manager have been fantastic with being reachable for questions, schedule changes and have been very accommodating. Its clear that they care about their staff as people, about their success at work, and their clients happiness. 5 stars. I highly recommend homeworks!

I first contacted Homeworks in March of 2024 for a move-out deep clean, and then signed up for recurring, bimonthly cleanings at my new house. I have had housekeeping services off and on for about 8 years with the same company (not Homeworks), and it just got to a point where I was having to check that standard tasks were being done. Im super laid back in terms of cleaning, I just need help to maintain the basics (dust, floors, bathrooms) and make sure it doesnt get out of control, so having to check if bathrooms were cleaned and/or dusting was done just became too much.
All that being said, I was in the market for a new cleaning company, and called 4-5 places in Philly to compare services and prices, and Homeworks was a clear winner. The pricing is extremely reasonable, more than competitive in comparison to a lot of companies I spoke with and worked with in the past. I asked a lot of questions around provided services and add-on costs, as I was looking for long-term support, and was reassured I could call any time and add additional services when needed for a very fair price (e.g. folding laundry, dishes, etc.).
Since signing up with Homeworks, my cleaners have been Nicole and Alyssa, and I cant express enough how happy I am with their service and positive attitudes. They have been so helpful in just taking charge and being proactive; as I mentioned, Im pretty laid back and not specific on task approach (plus I'm usually bogged down with work to the point I dont even realize what needs to be done), so having them take the initiative and just tackle the work is exactly what I need. Nicole and Alyssa are always on time; and scheduled on Mondays at 9:30am, no less!
Just as one example, their attention to detail in the bathrooms is amazing - I have those square, white, porcelain sinks that can be hard to clean and thick grout between tile on the floor and in the showers in both bathrooms, and without fail, everything is spotless by the time theyre done. The Manager, Doug, is also so personable and super easy to work with.
He always returns a phone call promptly and is very thorough and thoughtful. Doug checks in every so often with an email or a phone call on how things are going and asks for feedback. There is a personal touch with customers culture thats being fostered at Homeworks, which is a rarity nowadays, and thats not lost on me! I also LOVE the automated reminders, invoices, and receipts, not everyone does that.
I can pay an invoice in less than 15 seconds and have a receipt emailed immediately. If youre in need of cleaning services in the Philly area, definitely give these guys a call, you wont be sorry!

The Homeworks team has been cleaning our home for the last 5 years. Their staff are great! They really listen if you have specific instructions. Also, I truly value that this is an organization that's paying all the correct taxes, social security, etc. so their staff have access to benefits like unemployment. Highly recommend. Doug did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment before my move out of the unit. He was prompt, efficient, and extremely professional. There were supposed to be two individuals cleaning my unit, but one of them was unable to make it because of school closures due to the heat. Rather than cancel the appointment, Doug did it all on his own. Because of his workwhich was very reasonably pricedI will be getting my full security deposit back. I highly recommend Doug for any cleaning needs!

Homeworks has been a great find in Philadelphia. Ive tried a few different companies and found that Homeworks offered the best prices, were the most responsive, and I was happiest with the result! Theyre great with scheduling and their online system, and they take any tips or instructions you share. Theyre also great with my dog, which I appreciate!

We started with Homeworks for standard bi-weekly cleanings, and coming from New York City we have some pretty high standards. Every single employee that has come into our home has been so kind, so hard working and just all around delightful humans! They are also always willing to take on whatever the ask is.we've had them dust our ductwork, clean inside cabinets/closets, clean HVAC areas and deep clean from the top to the bottom of our home.
They are truly supportive no matter what your need is, just recently they reworked schedules to accommodate coming with little to no notice after a construction / renovation project to help us clean so we could move back in. They go out of their way to support us, they are consistent (we have used other services in Philly where there was consistent inconsistencies) and they make our home feel amazing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

The Homeworks team did a spectacular job with my house-cleaning. Doug was highly responsive and came out within a day to provide a quote, and I was on the roster before the end of the week. Sabrina did a wonderful job cleaning our three-story home. Having the team provide such excellent service is a huge relief and gives me peace of mind! Will definitely continue with regularly-scheduled cleanings!

I've used Homeworks for several years and have had a great experience. Doug the administrator is very prompt and flexible with changes in schedule. While the exact person cleaning your house can sometimes change over time (and some I prefer more than others - shoutout Sabrina!), overall the quality is really very good and a great deal for the money. They also have been uniformly great in dealing with my dog who can be rather nosy. I would totally recommend Homeworks!

I have had this service in my home on a monthly basis for over four years and I love it. They are on time and the customer service is polite and easy going. Since they are insured, you never have to worry about theft. There are numerous add on cleaning options, depending on your needs and your budget. I can't recommend this company more. If you want a solid cleaning service, this is the place.

I love Homeworks! Arriving home to a thoroughly cleaned, tidied, and sweet smelling space is such a delight. Shining floors, oh yeah! Freshly made bed, woop! Dust and dog hair disappeared! Recommended to me by two friends, Homeworks is the friendliest and most professional cleaning company to work with in Philadelphia (I tried a few others that do not compare).
The initial walkthrough with Tony was a breezeand my dog loved him! We talked through any small details that I might want doing my way and Tony made notes. The quote for our three floor rowhouse was very good value and based on an accurate inspection of our house. Our cleaner really knows her stuff, even offering advice on laundry, and is a true perfectionist.
She is very respectful of our belongings and I trust her with my house key. I also appreciate that the cleaners are paid fairly. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Homeworks, my dream cleaning company!

I did a search for local cleaning services. I'm pretty particular about who comes in and handles all my personal stuff. But what I love about homeworks is that they are a very personal service. They are really friendly, nice, smart, urban boy and girl next door types. And they gave my home the personal care that made me feel really comfortable. I've never met a home service like them. They're great!
