Clearview Coastal LLC is Savannah's and Hilton Head's oldest window and pressure cleaning company. Our polite technicians provide top quality service in a manner that proves Southern Gallantry is alive and well. We provide services to clients from the smallest storefront to the largest residential and commercial properties in our area. We offer window and pressure cleaning, roof debris removal, gutter cleaning, and glass restoration.

About Us

Clearview was founded by Robert Mayo in 1988. He believed a service company should serve their customers in a style of which a mother would be proud. His mother raised him to respectfully address people as "sir" and "madam". Manners went far beyond "please" and "thank you". His family honored chivalry, honesty, and respect. Over time, Rob hired window cleaners and office staff that would reflect those values. In 2005, Clarissa Knight joined Clearview as the Chief Financial Officer. In July of 2008, Clarissa purchased the company. Over the last decade, Clarissa has continued the service traditions on which Clearview was founded and works to provide each customer with a home town experience. John Giddens was the first full time technician hired by Clarissa after her purchase of the company. He is now the lead technician for Clearview. Christina Giddens took over as the full time office manager in May of 2017. It is her cheerful voice you hear when you call into the main office.

• Window Cleaning: Our window cleaning services are designed to leave your windows sparkling clean and streak-free. We also recommend cleaning window screens at the same time to ensure your windows look their absolute best.

• Pressure Washing: We offer both standard and low pressure washing services to meet your specific cleaning needs.

• Glass Restoration: Minor scratches and hard water stains can be removed with our glass restoration machinery. We are certified by GlassRenu to provide these services.

• Gutter Cleaning: Gutters can get clogged with leaves and other debris. We can remove debris from your home to ensure your gutters are functioning properly.

• Roof Debris Removal: Just like with gutters, leaves and pine needles can really pile up on your roof. We blow off this debris to keep your roof looking its best.
