Our Story

Proper Exterior Cleaning was founded in October 2018 by entrepreneur and visionary, Austin Pratt. Growing up in Northeast Florida, Austin was born in a military family and moved to Orange Park, Florida at a young age. Throughout his childhood, Austin was an avid musician, athlete, and entrepreneur. He began his first business, Pratt & CO, a handy-man type service, while still in high school. After graduating, Austin worked for Publix Distribution Warehouse, but eventually decided to venture out on his own, focusing on his pressure washing business.
