I contracted with 1-800 water damage to repair the damage from a major water leak event that had flooded the 1st floor of my Athens, GA home. The repairs were done timely and with quality craftsmanship in mind. Brian was my project manager and over the time of the repairs he was very responsive and attentive to the specifics of the repairs that were underway. I have been very pleased with the work done.

Fantastic crew, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and affordable. Cannot ask for more. Our basement flooded during a bad rainstorm. Chad came out quickly to help us assess the best plan of course for preventing a recurrence and walked us through all possible options.
