Recently I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom upstairs, and didn't realize it was a problem until a week later when I got back from vacation! I called 1-800 water damage, and they arrived in a timely manner. They clearly communicated what they had to do to fix the damage and were obviously knowledgeable on how to do so. They were also very professional and organized with their cleanup process, and have obviously been in the industry for some time. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience!

It is with great pleasure I highly recommend 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Colorado Springs. Two behind the wall and ceiling drain pvc pipes had cracked and split. After the pipes were replaced, noticeable mold had been festering for several months in the affected area. I contacted three local companies for an estimate to accomplish the task of removing sheet rock and carpeting in the affected areas.
Also to mitigate the mold in the surrounding area. I was more intent on receiving high quality service opposed to the lowest bid. The company I chose is owned by Robert Cristinzio. Rob personally was on site to ensure his crew new exactly what had to be done and made certain it was done in an efficient and timely manner. I am very pleased with the outcome.
And as one final accolade for Rob and his team, the job was not only accomplished in a superior manner but almost cost out at the lowest of the three bids. Once again I have the distinct pleasure of highly recommending 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Colorado Springs!

Rob is incredibly professional, timely and fair. We found some mold and water damage in our drywall behind an old entertainment center. Rob came out within 24 hours to inspect it and had it removed and remediated the same day. Also did it for significantly less than some other quotes we received for the same project. Can't recommend highly enough!

I called a few places my insurance company recommended for a water damage inspection due to a broken water heater. 1-800 Water Damage offered a free estimate and came out same day. I was very impressed with the quick, courteous, informative and professional response from Katie and Max. I ultimately didnt have enough damage to warrant an insurance claim but if I ever need restoration services I would call here again. I let my insurance agent know this was a great referral for other homeowners in need.

Rob with 1-800 Water Damage was great! We had a water leak from our upstairs bathroom and they were able to respond immediately. They did a great job taking care of the situation and were very thorough to make sure the area was completely dry. They also worked well with our insurance to make sure that everything was completed to insurance's standards. Highly recommend!

Rob came to give me an estimate on some inactive mold removal at our house after getting an astronomical estimate from another company. It was the other companies minimum charge. We had a pipe leak on the first floor of our house and the water went from there down to our basement. Big Mess! This was on a Sunday evening and 1 800 Water Damage was wonderful. Mike and his crew came out that evening and started the mitigation and explained to us what all the next steps would be. They handled the mitigation and then Mike organized all the necessary restoration personnel and dealt with the insurance company. They did a fantastic job and are great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Katie came out promptly and was super helpful! I was worried that there were some serious mold issues in my basement bathroom and that it would cost me big time. But she came out and told me that there was nothing to worry about and gave me a few options for taking care of surface mold. She didn't even charge me and was extremely professional and knowledgable! Plus I got stung by a wasp as I was about to meet her in my driveway, so she saw me in some real agony. I had a ton of water in my crawl space (clean space, so it wouldn't drain). It was practically a swimming pool. They came out quickly, were able to accommodate with the equipment.they couldn't bring it down the stairs, because they were damaged and couldn't hold the weight. They got all the water out and the space dried, so there is no moldy smell. I would definitely use them again.
