I recently moved to Colorado, bought a house, and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving in. They came on schedule, explained the options, and did great work on the carpets and some prior pet spots. I didn't realize the carpets were supposed to be a lighter shade of brown! Highly recommend!

We had a serious cat urine issue in our basement, and Chem-Dry did a fabulous job. They thoroughly assessed the issue, provided prices for a variety of treatment options, and were fastidious is completing the job. We also really enjoyed interacting with the owners--they were kind, funny, and respectful. Highly recommended.

They are so accommodating and professional! I had forgotten about my appointments and with no issues at all they got me in the next day. They were very understanding. The carpets were in an apartment. When we moved in, they were gross, stained, and hopeless. A-OK Chem-Dry got every stain out, and they look completely brand new! 10/10! Wonderful people, wonderful job.

I had the best experience with Chem-Dry. Mike, the owner, did the work himself and you could not ask for a nicer guy. He did not push additional services like other companies, worked quickly and efficiently and at the end our carpets looked at least as clean as I have seen them with other companies. We have relatively deep pile carpets, yet the Chem-Dry process left them mostly dry - we moved the furniture back after a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

We had "The Pet Disaster" occur in our Master bedroom when our daughter moved back home with her two dogs. Our room became the center of a territory war of urine. I thought there was no hope of removing the odor. Mike and Sarah spent hours working on the carpet. Amazingly, no odor! Thank you for a restored carpet whose odor no longer keeps me awake at night!
