I am fast track trying to sell my home. I called Tuesday and Andrew was at my home Wednesday morning. After the carpet dried I noticed a few eras that I thought needed a little more work. I texted Friday morning and Andrew was back at my house within 3 hours. The carpet looks great! Highly recommend these guys!

From beginning to end, this company has been excellent to deal with. Had a great discussion when I scheduled my appointment. I had to reschedule and they were very helpful again. My tech, Eric, texted that he'd arrive towards the end of the window. He discussed my needs and did not try to "sell" me, but made some good suggestions. Bottom line, my very old carpet looks absolutely fantastic.
I've had pets over the years and, although I did not opt for the special pet "service, " the house smells fresh again. Even the pile has been lifted and is soft and springy. Best money I've spent for carpet cleaning, and will definitely call them again.

All Pro ChemDry was referred to me by a friend at work (who I found out was referred to them through another mutual friend at work, lol). Joe and Alex did an AMAZING job! They got out all of the stains we had (not a lot, but a few smaller ones here and there from the people who lived there before us). Our carpets look great! We will definitely be using them again for our yearly cleaning!

Joe C. was great. He outlined all our options before beginning, finding those areas where he could save us money. He was very informative and took time to explain what he would be doing. He was careful with our home, putting up corner guards everywhere it was needed. We had a lot of things for him to do (carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, furniture cleaning). This is the second time that Ive used All Pro Chem Dry for carpet cleaning. They are great! They stand by their work and, when a stain resurfaced, they came back to take care of it. Jedediah Cali the manager on our job was professional and caring. Carpet was stained badly by our dogs and they did a great job getting stain and odor out. Upholstery looks like new again. I really appreciated the time spent on the estimate and the explanation of what was needed to remove as best as possible the urine and odor all over my house from previous dogs and my new dog who unbeknownst to me marked the whole house. Plus the carpet was a lot cleaner than when I used another service. I would use this company again.

Joe and his helper were able to arrive earlier than scheduled (the office called the day prior and asked if that would be ok). Both Joe and his helper were professional, took great care with the house walls and doors. He showed us all the animal urine spots with a blacklight! When they were done the rooms had no more stale odor and the carpets looked brand new.
I even waited a few days to post this to make sure there was no dirt that rose back up to the surface (this has happened to me with other carpet cleaning services). I am very happy with Chem Dry and can recommend them highly.

I was very pleased by the service I received from All Pro Chem-Dry. A representative came out to prepare an estimate and was very thorough in examining the state of the property being sold. I was advised about the need to specially treat areas that had been fouled by pet urine. All during the process, I was kept informed of the status of the work so there were no surprises.

The service has been outstanding every time, from timely communication setting up appointments to great results cleaning the carpeting. All Pro Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my Crate and Barrel sofa and ottoman as well as my CB2 chair and ottoman. They used scent free cleaning products and Im very happy with the results! After a miscommunication about time, Josh (the Operations Mgr) arrived on-time and was super friendly. My only minor criticism is that some of the cleaning product overspray coated the wood furniture legs after the cleaning. But, I was able to clean it off. I was surprised because I saw Josh wipe off the legs. Not sure what happened? But, I will definitely use All Pro Chem-Dry again in the future. Thank you!

I called on a Saturday morning as a new customer. Don answered all my questions, gave me choices in pricing, and explained services. He said he would try to get a technician out that day. He kept in touch with me all day to keep me informed as to was going on. He then gave me a time frame when a tech would come and readjusted the time frame when tech finished his job before me.
Then Eric came (after calling and telling me when he would be here), took measurements, and again I was given options of services and cost. Very frieindly, and efficientTook less than 2 hours to clean, and the entire carpet was dry almost immediately! Highly recommend! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Loved the experience. The young man who showed up was extremely professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain all the options and answer questions after his evaluation and starting work. The only reason I gave the company 4 stars is because when I discussed the pet-odor ad-on (I forget the exact term) during scheduling they didn't tell me that it takes ten days to work, during which it actually smells worse.
I was getting the carpets cleaned prior to guests coming and unfortunately because of this I scheduled it only five days prior and could not use the service I wanted most. The carpets look wonderful though. They just don't smell as good as they look :(

My experience with All-Pro Chem-Dry could not have gone better. They were intensely focused on making sure my family had the best possible experience and really went the extra mile. We had them scheduled to come on our closing day to get the house ready and dry before the movers came in later that day. It was one of the most stressful days weve had in a series of already stressful days of moving and home buying, but they made it so much easier.
The owner Don Kado was personally involved and even had office staff coming to bring extra blowers to get everything dry in time. Don even drove me to my temporary residence to pick up a key I had forgotten. The technician was so hard working and had a smile on his face the entire time. After we were moved in, they even came back to touch up knowing that we would be trafficking a lot of dirt as we moved everything into the house.
We moved into a house that had 6 dogs and a cat. We are all allergic to animals in my home and we havent had any allergy problems after they did their magic. They also eliminated the overwhelming pet smell that was everywhere. I cant say enough! Thank you!
